Meditation:
To put it simply, meditation is a method of sitting quietly with
yourself and focusing your attention inwards until you eventually learn
the art of letting your mind go blank. Meditation
is an exercise, aiming to prevent thoughts in a natural way, by deeply
relaxing the physical body and then trying to keep the mind completely
"blank" with no thoughts whatsoever. This state may be maintained for a
few seconds or a few hours, depending on your skill. Purity of the mind
achieved during meditation is essential to gain access to Higher Self.
At first, it will be completely natural to have fleeting thoughts
bouncing inside your head and disrupting your travel. The key is
to continue the practice and you WILL eventually learn to let your mind
go "silent". |
|
|
What is the point of being
"silent"? Each time you come out of this state, you will
immediately know the answer to this question. Over time, you gain
a better understanding of yourself and compassion for others.
Meditation naturally allows you to become truthful with yourself as you
delve into simply sitting and visiting with the energies that are
flowing inside you. Through meditation, you become the person you
were meant to be.
